clever little man
HI every one , Im so excited to join the raspberry whirlers team and to show you all my first layout .
I have used the little man lazer cut, First I painted it with twinkling H2 Os, I had to give it a couple of coats to create a vibrant effect. Then I used my colour box chalk inks in a contrasting colour to ink the edge and give it some definition, and inked the word little in chalk too to add some contrast and interest. Finally I used my hole punch to punch a hole near the top and then threaded some embroidery thread and tied a bow.
When assembling the layout the word little didnt stand out against the pattened paper so I cut a circle and embossed it with my cuttlebug then placed the lazer cut over the top, I used some foam tape under the lazer cut to create a 3D effect
I hope to have bought you some inspiration and I look forward to playing again with some more goodies.
Kim
Cool LO Kim. You have inspired me to get out my twinkling H2O’s and used them. I must admit I have had them for a couple of years but have never used them. it looks really effective how after painting your chipboard you have chalked the edges.
Welcome aboard Kim! Great to see your bright happy work!!
Love it Kim! You know, I had never thought to use Twinkling H2O’s on the laser cuts! Thanks for the idea.
