Good morning all!  It’s really early in the morning, and I have a child-free house for a few more hours, so I’ll take this opportunity to blog, and then to get some cardmaking done. 

Birds are so popular in the scrapbooking industry right now.  And rightly so, I reckon.   The gorgeous owls and sweet little tweetie birds in the RW Lasercuts range never fail to make me smile.  I want to share a couple of cards I made recently.

Miss you

This little fella was painted using an Aqua brush and Twinkling H2O’s.    The next little guy was  painted with acrylic paints, and then had his belly blinged up with some glitter.  I love the way he turned out!!

I’m still trying to use up some scraps.  I go through this same cycle a couple of times per year.  It tends to coincide with all the sneak peaks on the internet of all the new goodies being released at CHA in America.  I see all the delicious stuff and realise that I’m going to have to make room for them at my house!!
